At Hot Box Pretzels, we take pride in delivering our pretzel bites fresh and never frozen. To ensure you receive the freshest product possible, we currently ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. This schedule allows us to maintain our commitment to quality and freshness.

Order Cutoff Time:
All orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on Tuesday will be processed and shipped the same week. Any orders received after this cutoff will be shipped the following week.

Shipping Method:
We ship all orders via 2-Day shipping to ensure prompt delivery and optimal freshness upon arrival.

Storage Instructions:
Upon receiving your pretzel bites, please freeze any portions you do not plan to eat immediately to maintain their freshness and quality.

Free Shipping:
We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more.
